Like the standard RPL4, the RPL4S traffic barrier features the easy to use flush mount lidded ground sleeve with a replaceable lid and a secure, flush walking surface. Using the same ground sleeve means you can upgrade your carbon steel bollards to 304 stainless steel anytime!
